Position Vacant - FPMTA National Tour Coordinator

A position has become available for a National Tour Coordinator for FPMTA. The Tour Coordinator will provide a strong administrative foundation for future Australian tours and will support and develop the FPMTA vision for national tours, through a process of active planning, in consultation with the Tour Subcommittee and stakeholders.

Duties include providing administrative support for tours, managing budgets, planning schedules, coordinating national promotions and writing reports. The Tour Coordinator will liaise with touring teachers, Centre Directors, SPC’s and the National Coordinator. Ongoing remuneration is payable for up to five hours per week initially, with the provision for increased hours when tours are in progress.

To be considered for this role you will have a commitment to the FPMT, its Spiritual Director and its aims. You will have excellent communications and computer skills, a background in coordinating events, and you will be highly organized and have the ability to work to deadlines.
