"A Time to Remember" Morning Tea

The Palitive Care Council of South Australia is promoting October as "Time to Remember" month. The Buddha House Pastoral Care Group will host a morning tea with Venerable Namgyel. By coming along you will be helping hospices and pallative care services here in Adelaide. This will also be an excellent opportunity to meet Venerable Namgyel if you have not already had the pleasure to do so.Your donation of $10 will be distributed between:

-The Mary Potter Foundation
-Daw House Hospice Foundation
-Modbury Hospice Foundation
-Regional/Other pallative care services.

When a loved one becomes ill and there is no cure it can be a time of confusion, shock, helplessness and grief. This is when the help of hospice and palliative care services becomes invaluable. They help by providing specialised nursing and medical care, vital equipment to keep patients comfortable, support programs for patients and their families, bereavement care for families and carers.

Without their assistance, guidance and care for the entire family the journey is that much more difficult.
