Heart Relic Tour Volunteers Needed (Feb 2-6)

We are seeking volunteers for attendants and/or hospitality during Buddha House's hosting of the Relic Tour. Each day of the weekend is split into 3 hour blocks so as not to make it too intimidating. The general program with volunteer times is as follows.

Thursday morning 2nd February. Several able bodied people needed to unload the relics when they arrive, some heavy lifting required. Not sure of the timing here, but it would be nice if at least 2 people could remain after unloading to help set up, which can take up to 4 hours.

Friday 3rd February. Opening Ceremony with many dignitaries. Starts at 5pm so volunteers will be needed from 4.30ish (TBC) in order to receive directions. This evening could run for a couple of hours.

Saturday 4th February. Volunteers needed in 3 hour time slots. 10am-1pm, 1pm-4pm, 4pm-7pm.

Sunday 5th February. Volunteers needed in 3 hour time slots. 10am-1pm, 1pm-4pm, 4pm-7pm. Those that have the last time slot would be required to help with clearing away the exhibit if possible please.

Please feel free to combine 2 time slots if you wish!!!!!
