Sunday Guided Meditation & Morning Tea & Discussion

meditation & morning tea9 am mindfulness of the breath, followed by a guided meditation on a Graduated Path topic. This event has been scheduled at Buddha House for over 20 years!. Led by experienced students. All welcome. Facility Fee: waged $8, concession & members $5. 

Followed by Morning Tea! 10 am -  All welcome. Because of the Relic Tour, Meditation will be held in the Library on February 5th
