Tara Practice

Tara practice is back and everyone is welcome!

Tara is the principal Female manifestation of Enlightenment in the Buddhist tradition. Her emerald green colour, related to the wind element and hence movement, signifies that she is the active force of wisdom and compassion. As such, she is capable of bringing to fulfilment all our actions intended to bring benefit to ourselves and others.

Taking part in the traditional green Tara practice and “paying homage’ to her 21 forms can allow us to get in touch with the Tara energy within us all - the energy of our own active wisdom and compassion.

Do come on the last Wednesday of the month and see if you connect with this simple, yet profound practice and what it represents.
