DB Meditation Day ‘Mind and its Potential'

April 18: Saturday, 10am to 5pm with Jampa Gendun. On this day we will practise the different meditations related to the teachings presented in the Discovering Buddhism module ‘Mind and its Potential'. These meditations lead to a deeper inside into the nature of our mind. What do we experience and who is the experiencer? How can we create some space from our disturbing emotions? And how can we train our mind so that our potential for kindness and wisdom can come to fruition?

This day is part of the 2-year Discovering Buddhism course, but is open for  everybody interested in exploring the potential of the mind.

Facility Fee: $50 waged, $45 concession, $40 member
For DB students who have completed this module: $40 waged, $35 concession, $30 members.
