Death & Rebirth Weekend Oct 31 & Nov 1

With Geshe Pema Tsering, Sat & Sun, Oct 31 & Nov 1, 10 am - 5 pm

Death is inevitable; so why do we pretend that death is not part of life? Death has no favorites; it does not visit only the old and the infirm. During this weekend we will look at how we can use the understanding of the certainty of death and the knowledge that we can die at any moment as a means to prepare our minds for that time.

We will also become familiar with the dissolution at the time of death. Both the understanding and the experience of these processes will help us build the confidence that we will know what happens at the time of death. They will give us the tools to transform our death into a peaceful experience. By generating compassion for others our death becomes most beneficial for other sentient beings.

Knowing how to die well gives us the tools to skilfully help others go through their own death process.

This weekend can be joined by everyone.

Facility Fee for weekend: $95, $85 concession, $75 member
Facility Fee for day: $50, $45 concession, $40 member
