Wednesdays - 7.15 pm. Discovering buddhism is an introductory 2-year course designed to give participants real tools and skills needed to integrate Mahayana Buddhist practice into daily life.

Emptiness is the ultimate truth, the actual way in which all things exist. Understanding emptiness is vital not only to free ourselves from all the confusion, problems and suffering we experience, but also to fulfill our highest potential – attaining awakening for the benefit of all beings. This module will provide students with an introduction to emptiness, its meaning and ways of developing the wisdom that realizes it.

Facility Fee: $10 waged, $8 concession, $7 members.
