The Barossa Valley will once again be blessed by hosting the Drati Khangtsen Monks for their Peace Tour 2008. Four Buddhist monks from Sera Je Monastery, India, are visiting Australia in order to promote peace and harmony by sharing the culture of Tibet. Their schedule in the Barossa is as follows:
HEALING MEDITATION RETREATHEALING MEDITATION RETREATApril 5th & 6th, Yarradoowie, Eden Valley Join the monks as they lead you on a healing experience using Buddhist practices and teachings. This is a bush style retreat, where participants can camp under the stars as well as chant mantras around a campfire.
Cost: $150/$125 concession.

TIBETAN COOKING WORKSHOPTibetan Cooking WorkshopTuesday April 15 at Murdock Wines Cellar Door. An opportunity not to be missed!
