We now live in a very hectic world where there are many pressures and anxieties from different directions. From the Buddhist perspective, we are not victims of our world, but the world is something created by our actions. Therefore, we need to understand the mind and our actions, and how afflictive emotions are adventitious, not inseparable from the mind. Once we understand, we can start to change our perception of the world and our reactions to whatever we experience.

These sessions will cover the theory and are the pre-requisites for the two day session of practices to be held the 26th & 27th of November. Attendance at ALL sessions is highly recommended to receive the most benefit for this very important course.
