'How to Meditate' Meditation Day

June 13: Saturday 10 am to 5 pm

During this day most time will be devoted to practising the different meditation techniques discussed during the module. First we will stabilise the mind with the different mindfulness techniques, and then we use this stability to analyse different topics from the Lam Rim.

At the end of the day we'll combine both techniques in visualization meditation. Although we mostly meditate during this day, there will be some time allocated for Q & A.

Its no problem if you have not attended the module. This day is excellent for those interested in Buddhist meditation wishing to learn how to practise the different meditation techniques.

Facility Fee: $50 waged, $45 concession, $40 member
For DB students who have completed this module: $40 waged, $35 concession, $30 member
Please bring a plate of vegetarian food to share for lunch. Morning and afternoon tea are provided.
