Meditation Day - Samsara & Nirvana

In the Four Noble Truths, the Buddha first revealed the nature of Samsara – our current situation of dissatisfaction and continual rebirth along with its causes. The Buddha the explained the reality of Nirvana – a total transformation of our existence and the cessation of all our dissatisfaction along with the method of attaining that liberated state. 

In this module investigate what “samsara” is and how we are stuck in it. Find out what “nirvana” is and how to achieve it. Develop the determination to be free from suffering and empower yourself with practical tools to deal with and eliminate disturbing emotions forever.
