Mediterranean Dinner and Social Night - 18th August!

All the Buddha House community is invited to a “Mediterranean Dinner and Social Night”, Saturday August 18th at 6.30 pm, 93 Cambridge Terrace Malvern (off Unley Rd).

Following last year's incredible success, we are planning another night of feasting and socialising at George and Helen Manos's place.

This is a time to catch up with our Dharma friends. So often, we pass each other in the Buddha House corridors as we rush for teachings or meditations and hardly have time to say hi. Or we sit in the gompa with people whose faces we know but their names elude us.

Members of the Executive Committee as well as other great volunteers will be present along with our own special teachers, Geshe-la, Jampa Gendun and Ven. Jamyang. Perhaps Hiromase will play his flute for us as he did last time! There will also be a surprise guest speaker.

The cost is cheap at $20 per person with kids under 12 free. All money raised will be donated to our superb Geshe without whom Buddha House is just an empty shell. Come on, give it up for Geshe-la!
