Mind Healing and Meditation - Course Starts September 18

For those who suffer from serious physical illness and their carers.
In this 12- week course topics as the potential of mind, the meaning of life, the influence of our attitude on our well-being, the healing power of compassion and more will be discussed in a way that is accessible for all. Basic meditation techniques and specific healing meditations will be practiced.
