October Retreat 'Eight Verses of Thought Transformation' with Venerable Namgyel

Friday 30th September 7-9pm and Saturday 1st - Monday 3rd October, 9am-5pm

The Eight Verses of Thought Transformation, a text by the Kadampa Geshe Langri Tangpa, explains the Paramitayana practice of method and wisdom: the first seven verses deal with method - loving kindness, bodhicitta - and the eighth deals with wisdom.

Venerable Namgyel will teach and lead meditations providing the opportunity of receiving the theoretical teaching and experiencing the practices taught in this life changing text.

Verse 7: In short, both directly and indirectly, I offer every happiness and benefit to all my mothers. I shall secretly take upon myself all their harmful actions and suffering.

Facility Fee: $250 waged, $225 concession, $200 members.
