Saturday & Sunday October 2nd, 3rd at 9am to 5pm GESHE-LA will teach the topic 'Levelling Out Conceptions.' There will be a teaching in the morning with meditation and contemplation. Retreat is a necessity on the path. It is a time to turn our back on the world and delve deeply into our mind. Meditating on the topic brings special insight as our mind quietens and our agitation subsides. Lunch, morning and afternoon tea are included.
