The Buddha himself first studied, then practised and finally realised the Dharma, achieving Enlightenment. This 6 week module will give an overview of the entire Tibetan Buddhist path to awakening.

Hear about the life story of the Buddha and study the basic teachings of Buddhism.

Discover the unique system for putting Buddhist philosophy into practice contained in the lam-rim, or “graduated path to enlightenment”. Its logical step-like progression makes it easy to understand and practise a clean clear structure from beginning to end; where you are now through to lasting happiness.

If you're new to Buddhism and would like some context for Buddhist teachings or if you've heard many different Dharma teachings but can't see the overall structure and don't know what or how to practise, these teachings are a must!

Facility Fee for module: $75 waged, $70 concession, $60 member.
This includes required reading material of the module.
