Sunday morning meditation followed by robust discussion

Every Sunday morning January 16, 23, 30th , 9am - 10am meditation. Jampa Ignyen will lead the Sunday guided meditation with 30 mins breathing, 30 minutes Graduated Path analytical meditation.

If you have never done this style of meditation, now is a perfect time to begin as Jampa Ignyen has a profound knowledge of the Buddhist teachings combined with a Westerner's understanding for delivering a topic. Bring your daily concerns to this discussion and unthread the path with pragmatic discussion. Senior students will benefit from deeper analysis of the topic.
Facility fee: $8 waged, $5 BH members and concession.

10am Jampa Ignyen will facilitate a discussion about the Graduated Path topic covered in the meditation. No facility fee (gold coin donation for morning tea appreciated).
