How do we distance ourselves from our crazy mind? How can we be happy with what we have or do not have, and how happy can we get?

Most of the time our minds are chaotic, full of thoughts over which we have no control. Sometimes we go over events that happened in the past, re-living them again and again, trying to create a different outcome. Sometimes we fantasise about the future, what might happen to us.

At times like these, it can seem almost impossible to exercise control over our mind. Join Ven. Robina as she explores the nature of happiness and the methods available to still our uncontrolled mind.
