Saturday 26th November (10.00am - 4pm), Sunday 27th November (10.30am - 4pm)

Venerable Namgyel will lead students through a weekend of practice, mediation and discussion, working on a deeper level to help students put new ways of thinking into daily life. This is my life, my problems, by thinking about it, learning how to change situations into something positive. This weekend brings the 4 week course together practically. These two sessions provide methods and practices for the theory dealing with the emotions covered in the evening classes of "Healing Disturbing Emotions" listed above.

Facility fee: $150 waged, $130 concession, $110 member Fully catered with vegetarian food. Please contact the office the week of the workshop if you have special dietary needs.
