Workshop - Transforming Problems

August 30 - Saturday 9 am to 4 pm with Jampa Gendun.

There is nothing wrong with our wish to become happy. However the way we try to achieve happiness is not always skilful, and often leads to the opposite effect for ourselves and others.

In this workshop you will obtain the tools to change the attitude that causes so many problems into an attitude that benefits yourself and others; you will earn the wisest way of being selfish.

Presented in an interactive way, with time and space to apply the lessons of our own life. Besides teachings based on Buddhist philosophy, there will be guided meditations and discussions.

Facility fee: $50 waged, $45 concession, $40 members
Facility fee for students who have participated in at least 4 evenings of the Discovering Buddhism module: $40 waged, $35 concession, $30 members

Please bring a plate of vegetarian food to share for lunch. Morning and afternoon tea are provided.
