Weekend Teachings  - 'Unlocking your highest potential'

Buddha says that the extent to which our assumptions of the world and ourselves are out of sync with how things actually are is the extent to which we suffer. Buddha also says that we all have the potential to experience stable and everlasting happiness. How do we access this potential, and how do stay in touch with it? Ven.

Robina will show how our attitude and views play a role in our internal experiences and how we can change them in order to experience more peace, well being and happiness.

Venue - University of Adelaide, North Terrace Campus, Eclipse room, Union building. Victoria Drive Gate 9/10. On the 4th floor at square E6 on the University of Adelaide map.
Cost - $140 / $120 (Members) for the weekend including the Friday Public Talk.
