Thank you for a Very Successful Open Day!
open_day_0408Thank you to all who helped make the Buddha House Open Day such a success! It seems word travelled far and wide and many people came along to explore our centre. From 1pm onwards the Gompa was choc-a-block with visitors, keen to absorb the atmosphere and observe the goings-on. The day was packed full of exciting events and we were lucky enough to receive an impromptu teaching from Geshe-la.

Tenzin leading the chanting at the last vigil.

NEWSFASH - The Drati monks have indicated that they will be attending.

Our community would like to invite you to join us to again demonstrate our depth of feeling for those suffering in Tibet today.

We want to make more public the atrocities and brutality that is rampant by the Communist Chinese Government toward a peaceloving and gentle people, who have had their country, their culture and their freedom that we take so much for granted, viciously stolen from them. You are most welcome to come along and chant the compassion mantra with us.

Tenzin (on behalf of the Tibetan Community SA)
